Demo dataset. This site is showing one synthetic example parcel (012-345-678) — real parcels aren’t loaded yet. Run the wellreg pipeline and replace wells/ to load yours.

1 · Load your parcels

Import your dashboard export — every APN in it is loaded at once, boundaries draw on the map, and known well logs appear automatically. The file never leaves your browser.

2 · Match the official records

When your wells are marked, load the candidate well reports from the state database for your ground and link them to your pins.

Slide right to start with recent, easy-to-match wells; the pins filter, the list below stays complete.

Ghost pins are unconfirmed candidates from DWR well logs — more are shown than may be yours on purpose. Tap a pin for its details. Drag it to the actual wellhead, then Confirm; mark the rest “Not my well”. Dropping a pin on one of your marks links that report to your well.

In this square mile

These well logs are filed only to a PLSS section (≈1 square mile) with no usable location. If one is yours, place it on the map yourself.

3 · Send it in

Saving stores your draft privately with AgOptics so you can continue on any device. Nothing goes to your GSA until you press Finish and Send.

Star pins are wellheads you marked — hollow until a report is linked, solid green once one is. Confirm the suggested report in a star’s popup, or drag a report pin onto a star to link them.

Candidates come from DWR well completion reports (OSWCR); locations may be approximate or belong to a neighbour — you are the filter. Your marks and edits stay on this device until you save or send; saving stores your draft privately with AgOptics, and nothing reaches a GSA unless you press Finish and Send.
